Today I encourage you to do more of the things that make you happy. After all — how can you be the best partner, son, daughter, sibling, friend, worker, parent, etc.. if your cup isn’t full? Or better yet — OVERFLOWING.

Remember that self-love isn’t selfish; it is a critical component to living a wholesome, healthy and balanced life. When you give yourself permission to focus on yourself and your needs, you can show up for others in the best possible way.

Prioritize what makes you feel more ALIVE. For me – that’s music, dancing, writing, reading, hiking, yoga, tapping into my imagination and letting my creativity run wild 🤪 I am a multi-passionate person so I am all over the place at times, but that’s me, and these are just some of the things that make me happy.

So – immerse yourself in the things that bring you joy. Take time to do what makes you feel alive. Show yourself some love and affection. You owe it to yourself and the people you love.
